John Richardson became President following the 2005 AGM and resigned from that position in February 2010.

Prior to that, he was Vice President from 1997.  John joined the Board in 1994.  John is currently the Director of Human Resources with the Royal Automobile Club Victoria.  (RACV)

Prior to his current role, John held appointments as the Group Manager of Employee Relations for the North East Healthcare Network and Human Resources Manager at Austin Health.

In a career spanning over 26 years, John has worked in all facets of the Human Resources area, in such diverse organisations as Arts Victoria, the Road Traffic Authority, Attorney Generals Department and Austin Health.

John has a Bachelor of Business degree with a psychology major and is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
